Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

We provide intercity chauffeur transfers between cities and related passenger transport services. The exact route, pickup location, vehicle class, and service conditions are defined in your booking confirmation.

2. Requests, estimates, and booking

When you submit a request, we may provide an estimate/quote. Estimates are informational and may change before dispatch due to availability, time, route conditions, road restrictions, traffic, and operational constraints.

Final price is confirmed in the booking confirmation (or by the communication on the basis of your booking request). You agree that the final price may vary from the initial estimate when additional factors arise that affect the cost of the transfer.

By confirming a booking, you accept these Terms and the booking details.

3. Pickup, waiting time, tolls, and parking

Waiting time. Pickup includes reasonable waiting within the time described in your booking confirmation. If the pickup location, timing, or passenger readiness causes delays beyond the included waiting time, additional waiting may apply.

Tolls and road charges. Where applicable, paid road tolls and compulsory route-related charges may be billed according to actual costs or included only if explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.

Parking. Parking fees (including those required for pickup/stop/operational needs) are handled according to the booking confirmation or, if not stated, may be charged at actual cost.

Where charges depend on real-world conditions, we will provide an explanation during booking or at dispatch where possible.

4. Passenger obligations

You must provide accurate pickup details (time, address, contact phone) and ensure the passenger is ready for pickup at the agreed time.

You must comply with applicable laws and instructions of the chauffeur regarding safety and proper use of the vehicle.

5. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change pickup time/location, or cancel, notify us as soon as possible using the contact details below. Fees (if any) depend on the stage of dispatch, vehicle reservation status, and practical timing, and will be communicated to you.

We may adjust dispatch details to ensure operational feasibility, subject to reasonable effort to keep your booking intent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, serverpulselab.com is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (including extreme weather, accidents, road closures, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control), or by your failure to comply with passenger obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion/limitation is prohibited by applicable Ukrainian law.

7. Consumer complaint and out-of-court dispute resolution (UA)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to submit complaints regarding service quality and to seek resolution through mechanisms provided by applicable consumer protection law.

Out-of-court dispute settlement is available in the manner provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” (Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX).

8. E-commerce and electronic information (UA)

We provide clear information about the seller/service provider when offering services electronically, in line with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII).

Information regarding electronic communications and the content of contracts/orders communicated electronically is provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” (Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX). Information is provided in the state language, with exceptions allowed by law.

9. Personal data

If you provide personal data (e.g., name, phone, contact details), it is processed on a lawful basis and, where consent is required, in a manner consistent with Ukrainian personal data protection rules.

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” (Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI).

Advertising/analytics that use user identifiers are subject to applicable requirements for lawful basis and consent where needed.
